Website Use Terms

These terms also cover anyone simply browsing our website, not just clients under a signed agreement.

•       You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to breach security, no uploading harmful code through our forms.
•       All website content (text, graphics, logos, and layout) is owned by A-One or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
•       We may suspend or restrict access to the website for anyone who violates these terms.

Quotes, Proposals & Service Agreements

Quotes are valid for

•       7 days from the date issued, unless stated otherwise.
•       A project only begins once a proposal or Service Agreement is confirmed in writing and any required deposit is received.
•       Verbal discussions are not binding until reflected in a written proposal, email confirmation, or signed agreement.

Payment Terms

•       Currency: All payments are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed
•       Payment Schedule: e.g., 25% advance, 25 before live, 50% on delivery
•       Payment Methods: Bank transfer, card payment, or other methods as agreed in writing
•       Late Payment: A zero-interest charge applies to invoices overdue by 30+ days
•       No Refunds: Services are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where we fail to deliver as agreed
•       Project Hold: We may pause work on a project if payment isn’t received by the agreed date
•       Invoicing: Invoices are issued at each agreed project milestone

Project Scope & Revisions

•       Scope Changes: Any change to the agreed scope needs written confirmation and may involve additional cost
•       Revisions: 2 to 3 revisions are included in the standard fee. Additional rounds are billed at the agreed rate.
•       Timeline: Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client feedback and approvals
•       Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by late client submissions, approvals, or content

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you’re responsible for:

•       Providing accurate, complete project requirements and content
•       Ensuring all content you provide is original, licensed, or authorized for use
•       Securing the necessary rights for any images, video, copy, or third-party material you supply
•       Giving timely feedback and approvals so the project stays on schedule
•       Meeting agreed payment deadlines
•       Keeping login credentials and admin access up to date and secure
•       Making sure your own business complies with applicable UAE laws

Intellectual Property Rights

•       Custom Work: Once fully paid, you own the custom designs, code, and deliverables created specifically for your project
•       Templates & Tools: Pre-built templates, libraries, plugins, and third-party tools we use remain the property of us or the original vendor
•       Portfolio Rights: We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you’ve asked us in writing not to
•       Our IP: Any methodology, process, or pre-existing tool we’ve developed independently remains our intellectual property

Confidentiality & Data Protection

•       We treat all client information as confidential and handle it in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021
•       We don’t share client data with third parties without consent, except where required by law
•       We apply reasonable security measures to protect any data or access you share with us

Content & Liability

•       Clients are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content they provide
•       Our recommendations reflect industry best practice, but implementation and legal compliance remain the client’s responsibility
•       We don’t provide legal advice — clients should consult their own legal counsel on compliance matters
•       Digital marketing results (rankings, traffic, leads) are never guaranteed, since they depend on factors outside our control

Limitation of Liability

•       Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question
•       We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
•       We’re not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting providers, payment gateways, or plugins outside our control

Warranties & Disclaimers

•       Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
•       We don’t guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures, or return on investment from marketing services

Maintenance & Support

•       Post-launch support free for 1 year for any bugs and issues.
•       Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support beyond that are available as paid add-ons
•       After handover, clients are responsible for regular backups, security updates, and content upkeep unless covered by a maintenance plan

Termination & Cancellation

•       Termination by Client: Clients may terminate a project within 1st revision 7 days’ written notice, but must pay for all work completed to date
•       Termination by Us: We may terminate services for non-payment or breach of these terms
•       Refunds: Deposits for cancelled projects are non-refundable; only work not yet started is credited

Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet or utility outages, or other circumstances that make performance impracticable.

Compliance with Law

As a client, you confirm that:

•       Your business complies with all applicable UAE, Dubai, and international laws
•       You won’t use our services for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights
•       Any content you provide is legal and doesn’t infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
•       You comply with UAE Anti-Money Laundering Law and applicable sanctions regulations

Assignment & Subcontracting

•       We may use trusted subcontractors or specialists to help deliver a project, while remaining responsible for the final output
•       Clients may not assign or transfer their rights under a Service Agreement without our written consent

Severability & Entire Agreement

•       If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply in full
•       These Terms & Conditions, together with any signed proposal or Service Agreement, form the entire agreement between the parties and supersede prior discussions on the same subject

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

•       Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
•       Jurisdiction: Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts
•       Informal Resolution First: Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before starting formal proceedings

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms. We’ll notify active clients of any significant changes by email.
